U.S. citizens in cities like Chicago, Washington, D.C., and New York City, and in states like New Jersey, New York State, Massachusetts, Hawaii, California, and more, have been left disarmed and powerless to defend themselves, often in some of the most violence and crime ridden places in the America, by unconstitutional gun ban statutes that disarm law abiding citizens, leaving only criminals, the police, and the military with access to firearms for lawful self defense. The right to keep and bear arms is an inalienable right, meaning that it should never be infringed. In the U.S. that right has been infringed, and disarmed Americans are suffering because of it.
